Avelluxe is operated by ARMYLIOM ENTERPRISE. Avelluxe helps hosts create private event pages, send invitations, manage guests, collect RSVPs, receive gifts, coordinate vendors, and share memories after an event.

What This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy covers Avelluxe websites, dashboards, event pages, guest invitations, vendor marketplace features, payment and gifting flows, messaging tools, AI features, gallery tools, and Personalized Memories features.

Information We Collect

• Account and profile information, such as name, email address, role, login status, host profile details, vendor profile details, and account preferences.
• Event information, such as event title, host name, celebrants, date, time, venue, address, schedule, dress code, arrival notes, selected backgrounds, custom invitation images, event story, and event settings.
• Guest information, such as guest names, email addresses, phone numbers, RSVP status, invite tokens, plus-one status, meal selections, dietary notes, transportation requests, group labels, message preferences, and check-in activity.
• Communication information, such as SMS, WhatsApp, and email delivery records, message content prepared or sent through Avelluxe, reminder settings, delivery status, opt-out signals, and support messages.
• Payment and gifting information, such as selected plan, payment status, Stripe customer and session identifiers, subscription status, guest gift records, gift messages, payout status, refund status, and tax or accounting metadata. Avelluxe does not store full card numbers.
• Media and gallery information, such as uploaded invitation images, event photos, guest selfies, gallery media, audio files, voice narration files, soundtrack selections, thumbnails, signed media access logs, and gallery delivery records.
• AI and personalization information, such as event prompts, narration scripts, translated or localized invitation text, background recommendations, concierge conversations, action approvals, voice settings, and AI feature opt-in or opt-out records.
• Device, usage, and security information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location from request data, log timestamps, rate-limit events, audit logs, abuse signals, and error diagnostics.

How We Use Information

• To create, save, preview, publish, and deliver private event pages and guest experiences.
• To send invitations, reminders, RSVP links, thank-you messages, gift confirmations, gallery notifications, and other event communications selected by a host.
• To process RSVPs, guest updates, check-ins, guest grouping, schedule changes, location guidance, and event logistics.
• To process platform payments, subscriptions, add-ons, taxes, host gifts, connected payout accounts, refunds, disputes, and payment webhooks.
• To provide AI narration, event storytelling, language personalization, host concierge assistance, vendor recommendations, background recommendations, and message drafting.
• To provide Personalized Memories when guests explicitly consent, including selfie upload, face matching, private gallery creation, and gallery delivery.
• To protect Avelluxe, hosts, guests, vendors, and payments from fraud, spam, abuse, unauthorized access, delivery abuse, scraping, and security incidents.
• To comply with law, enforce terms, maintain audit trails, resolve disputes, and support accounting, tax, trust, and safety obligations.

How We Share Information

Avelluxe does not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the service, fulfill host and guest requests, comply with law, and protect the platform.

• With hosts, when needed to manage their own events, guest lists, RSVPs, gifts, galleries, invite deliveries, check-ins, and dashboards.
• With invited guests, when needed to display an event page, private invitation, RSVP confirmation, gift experience, location guidance, gallery, or memory delivery related to their event.
• With vendors, when a host or guest uses vendor marketplace, quote request, booking, or collaboration features.
• With service providers that help operate Avelluxe, such as cloud hosting, authentication, storage, database, email, SMS, WhatsApp, payment processing, voice generation, AI processing, maps, logging, monitoring, and security providers.
• With payment providers such as Stripe and Stripe Connect for platform billing, subscriptions, taxes, host payouts, gifts, refunds, disputes, and compliance checks.
• With messaging providers such as Twilio, email providers, and WhatsApp-related providers to send and track event communications.
• With law enforcement, regulators, courts, payment networks, or other third parties when required by law, legal process, fraud prevention, safety, or enforcement of our terms.

Private Media And Galleries

• Event photos, selfies, gallery images, and related media should be private by default.
• Avelluxe uses access controls and signed or protected media URLs where supported so guests only see media they are authorized to access.
• Guests should not share private gallery links or invite links with people who were not invited.
• Hosts are responsible for having appropriate rights and permissions for photos, videos, music, documents, guest lists, and event content they upload.

AI, Voice, And Personalized Memories

• AI features may help draft invitation copy, narration, reminders, thank-you messages, event timelines, background recommendations, vendor recommendations, and host concierge responses.
• Voice and narration features may use event details, guest names, selected language, selected voice style, custom host inputs, or uploaded audio when the host chooses those features.
• Personalized Memories uses guest consent before biometric face matching. Guests can RSVP without uploading a selfie or using face matching.
• AI and biometric features are governed by the AI Privacy Notice and Biometric Consent Notice linked from this page.

Security

• Avelluxe uses access controls, authentication, server-side authorization, audit logging, tenant isolation, private storage patterns, signed media access, rate limits, and production guardrails to protect event and guest data.
• Secrets such as database, Stripe, Twilio, AWS, and webhook credentials are intended to remain server-side and out of frontend bundles.
• No internet service can guarantee perfect security. Hosts and guests should protect account credentials, private links, and invite tokens.

Retention And Deletion

• Avelluxe keeps information as long as needed to provide the service, complete transactions, maintain event history, support galleries, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce terms, and protect the platform.
• Hosts may delete drafts, media, guest records, galleries, and event data when product controls allow.
• Guests may request deletion of eligible guest data, selfie data, face references, and Personalized Memories data.
• Payment, tax, fraud, abuse, security, and audit records may be retained when required for legal, accounting, compliance, or trust and safety reasons.
• Deletion workflows may remove or anonymize data from active systems while backups age out on their normal security and retention schedule.

Your Choices And Rights

• You may update account details, event details, guest details, privacy settings, AI settings, communication preferences, and eligible consents through Avelluxe controls when available.
• You may opt out of SMS or WhatsApp communications by replying STOP where supported. Reply HELP where supported for assistance.
• You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of eligible personal information depending on your location and applicable law.
• You may revoke eligible AI or biometric consent. Revocation stops future processing for that feature but may not undo actions already completed before revocation.

Children

Avelluxe is intended for hosts, vendors, and guests who can lawfully use private event services. Hosts should not collect information from children without appropriate parent or guardian permission.

International Users

Avelluxe is operated from the United States. If you use Avelluxe from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where Avelluxe or its service providers operate.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Avelluxe changes. If changes are material, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice through the product, email, or another reasonable method.
