How To Request Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Avelluxe account data, guest profile data, event participation data, uploaded media, Personalized Memories data, AI Concierge data, and biometric-related selfie matching data by contacting privacy@avelluxe.com. Please include the email address or phone number associated with your Avelluxe account or invitation.

Expected Timeline

• We will acknowledge verified deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible.
• We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is needed because of legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, payment, dispute, or technical retention obligations.
• If we need more information to verify the request or identify the correct account, event, invitation, or gallery, the deletion timeline begins after we receive enough information to proceed.

Hosts

• Hosts may request deletion of their account profile, draft events, published event content, uploaded media, event settings, AI Concierge conversation records, and eligible guest-management records.
• Some event, payment, tax, gift, fraud-prevention, audit, message-delivery, and security records may be retained where required or permitted by law.
• Deleting a host account may affect access to event pages, guest lists, galleries, vendor workflows, payouts, and concierge records.

Guests

• Guests may request deletion of guest profile data, RSVP data, event participation data, invite records, communication preferences, uploaded selfies, uploaded media, and eligible private gallery data.
• Guests should include the email address, phone number, invite link, event name, or other details needed to locate their invitation.
• Guests may also revoke Personalized Memories consent from the invitation experience when controls are available.

Uploaded Photos, Media, And Galleries

• Users may request deletion of photos, videos, voice notes, documents, invitation images, event gallery media, and other uploaded files they control or are legally entitled to remove.
• Private gallery media may be deleted, anonymized, or disconnected from a guest record depending on the nature of the request and applicable obligations.
• Hosts are responsible for honoring guest media deletion requests when they control copies outside Avelluxe.

Personalized Memories And Biometric Data

• Guests may revoke consent for Personalized Memories and request deletion of selfie data, biometric face references, face matching records, and related private gallery associations.
• When deletion applies, Avelluxe will delete eligible active-system selfie objects, face references, biometric references, and related match records.
• Non-biometric audit records showing consent, revocation, deletion, security activity, or compliance actions may be retained.

AI Concierge And AI Data

• Hosts may request deletion of eligible AI Concierge conversation logs, draft messages, action proposals, and non-required AI interaction records.
• Avelluxe may retain action audit records when needed to prove approval, message sending, event changes, payment actions, security events, or compliance.

Payments, Gifts, Taxes, And Security Records

Payment, subscription, tax, gift, payout, refund, dispute, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, security, and audit records may be retained where legally required or where retention is necessary to protect Avelluxe, hosts, guests, vendors, payment providers, or the integrity of the service.

Facebook Or Meta Login Data

If you used Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or another Meta-related login or integration with Avelluxe, you may request deletion of linked profile identifiers and related Avelluxe account data by contacting privacy@avelluxe.com with the email or phone number associated with your account.
